  1. Need to take care of inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person
  2. Maintain the stock record and other MIS related files
  3. Managing the inbound and outbound courier record
  4. Managing visitors, vendors and candidates
  5. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  6. Monitor office expenses and costs
  7. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
